Package includes use of 10,000 square foot outdoor garden, wedding white tent, guest tables and white chairs, food and cake tables, trash cans, parking, and restrooms.	Indoor heated or air conditioned rest rooms. Plenty of parking.

Use Time Frames
Wedding only four hours
Garden packages – Five and one- half hours from 11:00am - 4:30pm or 5:30pm - 11:00pm.
Example – 11:00am setup, 1:00pm wedding, 2:00pm reception 4:30pm clear site

Deposits / Payment Terms
Rates are based on equipment rental fees plus small charge for security and maintenance.
Minimum charge for use of the facility $375.00 on custom packages.
Due at booking time:
1.) $100.00 clean up fee returned in seven days after event if grounds and rental items are clean.
2.) $50.00 non refundable reservation fee applied toward balance.
Full payment is due ten days before event.
