IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is no minimum order size. We are happy to assist your needs with one chair or an event for several thousand guests.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please contact us and we will begin the process. A reservation fee is required to make a reservation. This fee is based on the size of the order.
IS THERE A DAILY RATE?
Our daily rate is very flexible to meet your event needs. Week day rentals can begin as early as the day before your event and end the day after your event. Weekend rentals can begin as early as Friday and end on Monday.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
All items are first come first serve. It is never to early to place an order.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
Changes can usually be made up to 10 days before your event date. Deadlines will be specified in your contract.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
We are available after hours and on weekends for events that we have rental items at. Phone numbers will be provided on the contract.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
A reservation fee is required to make a reservation. This fee is based on the size of the order. You may make periodic payments. Final payment is usually due 10 days before your event date.
